Terms and Conditions

From time to time, I may make certain products available for purchase through the website. You may have the opportunity to purchase "Artwork" listed for sale.

All payments are to be made in US dollars, and prices are subject to change at any time. Postage (via EMS) will be included in the price. Prices do not include any import duties that may be added by the destination country. Delivery dates will be provided as an estimate only.

Generally, I accept returns on defective products within 7 days of receiving your order. If you need to make a return, simply send the product(s) in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt, along with a copy of your order acknowledgement. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to me for returned items. If your returned artwork is accepted, I will post a credit to your account within 24 hours of receiving the product(s). Each return is credited in the same manner as payment.

Shipping Information:

As a rule, the cost of shipping paintings is included in the price unless otherwise stated. You will be prompted to fill in the shipping address during payment.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes:

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Israel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Eli Gross has no control over these charges, nor can Eli Gross predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note:

  • Customs offices in certain countries or regions require the importer of record to present a specific form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may need to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

  • Countries/regions that mandate an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
